Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@SmithCustomWoodworks.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping label, if applicable.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. We’ll notify you once your refund has been processed
